The symposium best paper as well as the three highest rated papers  will be recommended for publication in the Journal of Service Management (JOSM).

All papers accepted to the conference and not awarded by with publication in the Journal of Service Management are welcomed to be published in the post-conference book titled “International Services Marketing in the Context of Sustainable Development”.
